Types of Yoga Classes

Hatha: This is a traditional class combining balancing, stretching and strengthening postures while being attentive to the breath.

Hatha Flow: This class focuses on movements with the breath which tone and strengthen the entire body.

Restorative: This class is very gentle and is designed to open the body and release tensions through supported restorative poses.
