Seeing the important role Scouting plays in preparing today's youth to become heroes for tomorrow, the Jamboree is aptly themed, "Scouts: Mga Bayani sa Kinabukasan" (Scouts: Heroes of Tomorrow).
The organizers have sets a three-fold objective for the Jamboree:

To imbibe among our young people, through Scouting, the love of country as a unifying spirit worthy of the Filipino race;

To develop among our Scouts better understanding of patriotic commitment and national responsibility through the spirit of Scouting; and

To generate better understanding among our youth about ancestral history, cultural heritage and our national patrimony and identity as a nation through the wonderful game of Scouting.
