New Additions
09/02/98: You know that geocities watermark? The one that drives a lot of people crazy? Not because it's in the corner so much as the way it hesitates and hangs there a second or two before drops back down into the corner? Well, I hope that geocities doesn't bar me for it...but, I've learned how to delete the watermark. I still have my regular links to geocities and it will take some time before I get it off all of my pages.
We lost the C drive in our computer last week. We have 2 drives and almost all my journal entries are archived on the D drive along with our mail program. So, the crash wasn't as bad as it could have been. But, we did lose all the little perky things we did to windows 95 (extra fonts, extra .dll files,) and a lot of programs. So, this week is a week of recovery--downloading some of the freeware that we had lost, collecting and installing fonts, reinstalling hardware. We also got a 56K modem this week...for all the good it does us. Our isp has been running us at 28.8. Faster than before, but still not exactly zoom.
I finally added a few more links to the odds and ends page. Right now, it's just to a couple of freeware and font sites. I want to add more as time permits.
