My Christian Walk
My name is Terry. Well, actually, it's Theresa Josephine, but only my father and a few older relatives call me Theresa any more.
11/30/97--I would just like to say that I have just finished a marvelous book. It is a fictional account of Simon of Cyrene. A tale to remind us of God's love and how we are meant to rely on Him to get through this life and that each day is a gift from the Lord. The Miracle of the Sacred Scroll by Johan Christian. Sometimes the littlest books hold the biggest truths.
My walk as a Christian isn't always what it should be. I fall down alot or get side-tracked. So I am very grateful for those who have sites that help with the walk. These are sites that are thought-provoking or encouraging or just plain fun. I don't always agree with everything on a site, and you probably won't either. So, just enjoy what you will.
I was born and raised Catholic. I started questioning the church's teaching when I was a teenager. I became a born-again Christian when I was sixteen. Within a few years, I strayed and became New Age before New Age had a name.
After reading the Bible from cover to cover when I was 25, I once again became a Christian. However, it was many years and many sins later before I got baptised by immersion.
I believe in the Bible--and Bible prophecy. I have explained a little about my opinions of this on my Prophecy site.
