2/28/99 Today Pyra & Antares went to their new home with Rebecca K. ;) Also Thalia arrived safely in NY at Kate's house! Zeus & Minerva are so silly, they are very shy of each other.
2/27/99 Surprise! Riven & Adia had 5 pups this morning! ;) She's not unlike the energizer bunny ;) The other day I took some pictures of the clan. I made a page of them. Someone is coming over tomorrow to look at gerbies & hopefully take 2 little girls. Also today I put together Zeus & Minerva, they're so cute together. Hopefully I can get pics pretty soon. I also bought a new comforter for my bed, in case anybody cares.. heehee...
2/22/99 Happy birthday Adair & Danziger! On Saturday, the Danis moved into a new bedroom! Now everybody's set out nice and neat in my new room. Happy gerbs ;)
2/15/99 Wahoo! Lilith had her 2nd litter!
2/13/99 Yesterday was the 3rd anniversary of my very first litter! Here is a picture of the pups & their parents ;) Speaking of pups I have many available, just check out the adoption page of course! Today I successfully introduced Darwin & Sympatico after a week in the split tank. They're getting along well I think. I also uploaded a page for Minerva & Zeus but I won't be putting them together for another 2 weeks or so.
2/11/99 Surprise! ;) I thought so.... I think Lilith may be pregnant with her second litter, more little colorpoints! ;) Nothing else!
2/10/99 Today I added a new picture to Eve & Reilly's page and one to Mary & Elan's page. I have lots of gerbils available... adopt! ;) I managed to get 7000cubic cm of aspen for $15, when I usually get like 1800ccms for $7. Heehee!! So yeah I've been cleaning cages ;)
2/5/99 Sorry for not updating the news page for a while, it's just that Geocities only allows you to upload 5 files at a time and having 4 litters to update with, it's annoying to have to do a whole nother upload just to upload the news & index pages ;) Well, anyway. Eve had babies tonight!! She's 2 days late, silly thing ;) I might be moving into my new bedroom this weekend, wahoo! I received pics of Stephanie's gerbs Chic (aka Marrim) and Chinny, I uploaded them for her here. Pacifica my sweet boy, and his black spot mate Calypso had babies a couple days ago at Emily's house! I bet they'll be real cute. Oh I also don't remember if I mentioned this or not, but Selene and Ulysses had babies over at Lisa's house on the 16th of January! Including an ivory cream spot. I'm going to see them in a few weeks probably when I pick up one of Eve's grandkids for somebody.
1/24/99 ::begin long story:: Well the other night (the 22nd) I went upstairs at 11pm and discovered Gemedet & Darwin covered in blood! Apparently Gemedet turned on him, and bit his nose = ( They're both all cleaned up now, and separated, but I doooon't think this is a good sign. Unfortunately I've decided I have to keep them apart = ( I'm going to try to put Darwin with Sympatico in a week or so, and I might get a little girl from Gemedet, I'm not sure. Well, since I want a pair to continue the Dani family, I've decided to keep Zues, an argente spot boy, and Minerva who looks to be a polar fox or silver nutmeg girl. And last night around 11pm, Mary-Eben had pups! If you're looking for gerbil babies, remember I have several available ;)
1/20/99 I have added some new pics to the pup tank page, with some toys I made the pups = ) Guess what! Dana and maybe Ashwin could be light colorpoints slates! That would make all their kids Gg. One of Dana's grandkids (bred by Mia S.) is a grey agouti! Oooh goodie. I can't wait to find out for sure. I'd like to find someone who wants to breed another one of Dana's or Ash's kids to a g carrier, to see if they're gg or Gg. If this is the case, Ash's kids are EeGg siamese, great mates for polar fox!! Speaking of Polar Fox I'm certain Mary is pregnant (first try, whoo hoo!) but probably not with THAAT many pups. My guess is 3. Oh and Adair and Danziger became grandparents yesterday, to 5 pups from Alley and Alan. Also, Caronwen and Branwen arrived safely at their new home in Tennessee today = )
1/17/99 Today I added more pictures of Mary to her page. I *think* she might be pregnant. Also, today I made a really cool "ball nook" for the corner of the pup aquarium, it's really neat! There's a pic here. It's a running ball hung on a coat hanger in the tank to create a little loft for them to snuggle up in.

1/13/99 I'm now sure that Adair is pregnant with her 2nd litter (FINALLY! ;). I updated the breeder listing today, and of course the usual pics and such.
1/9/99 I thought Adia was getting chubby, and sure enough she had six pups today! Fancy that.
1/8/99 Lilith's pups are doing very nicely! Already 2 of the siamese are reserved so you'd better hurry. Adia's pups are all but ready to go, so if you're looking for some great pets see my adoption page! (I also have 2 schimmel boys available and of course Medini). Today, Eve had a single pup while I was at school but it was already dead by the time I got home = ( Maybe she's getting older. She's 13 mos old and has had 7 litters. Who knows. I haven't seen her & Reilly "trying again" yet, so maybe. Tomorrow Christy, the sister of April who adopted Averone, is coming to get Sirrus and Sherwin (aka Gadget and Gizmo). Oh and over at Mia's Aditya is ready to pop! Yay! Grandkids! ;)

1/1/99 Happy New Year!! Do you like the new look? I do. I have another surprise coming too, but it's not ready today... it'll probably be ready by tomorrow, maaaybe later today but I doubt I'll get around to it. You'll see ;)
