I previously did not list them because I want nothing to detract from my unbiased, impartial reviews of fitness supplements (my goal is to make this the "Consumer Reports" of fatloss/bodybuilding/flexibility/sports performance (make sure you read the NUTRITION subpage with it's LIST of INEFFECTIVE/BOGUS supplements first before buying any supplement). If a supplement/or training idea is B.S./total crap, I won't hesitate to say it's "total crap" :)
