One of the things to remember is that there are several differences between Netscape and MSIE. You ever look at a page in one browser and then in the other one and go 'what the heck?!'.. well these tutorials are geared towards being able to create a page that will look the same in both browsers, so I won't discuss individual tags that one browser recognizes and the other doesn't.
