NESCAR was organized in 1999 and is made up mostly in part of former MASCAR North drivers.  Currently NESCAR sanctioned point races are held on three tracks,  Mahoning Valley Speedway in Lehighton, PA.  Pocono Mountain Speedway in St. Johns, PA and Keunonga Speedway in White Lake, N.Y.  NESCAR also participates in a non points race in Manassas, VA.

NESCAR is a club which is run by the membership.  NESCAR is a registered trade name in the State of Pennsylvania and operates under an established set of by-laws and rules
