This is one of my favorite clans, because you don't have to buy any extra constructors or engineers. Since you don't have to buy these, you can buy more combat units. Also, the lower power requirements and the shorter building times for the heavy and light vehicle plant help to expand your base quickly.

You have lower power requirements for every unit and extra constructors and engineers at the start. (How many depends on budget.)
Light Vehicle Plant -2 turns to build -6 material
Heavy Vehicle Plant -2 turns to build -12 material
