General M.A.X. 2 Strategies

NOTE: These are all the strategies that I use in M.A.X. 2. Not everyone will agree, but they work for me against computer opponents. (I haven't had enough multiplayer games to have any strategies for that, but most of these will work fine for both single and multi-player games.
