Private Clients and Asset Management has got eight internal functional committees. The committes interact together at all times to remain efficient. They are: Alternative Assets - Asset/Liability - Maintains information regarding assets and liabilities of the business. Compliance - Making sure all transactions made are in accordance with the guidelines set. Finance - Human Resources - Responsible for hiring of new employees and resolving employee queries. Investment - IT and Operations - Responsible for resolving all matter regarding the DeAM networks, servers and applications.
