Description: With this terrible power, the user can kill with a look. Any creature who fails the save vs. death
is dissolved, killing them instantly. Creatures without cellular structures cannot be affected by this power (e.q.
Elementals, Golems, non-corporeal undead).
The cost of this power varies depending on the size of the victim. It costs 10 PSPs to Dissolve a Tiny creature,
20 to Dissolve a Small, 30 for Man-sized, 40 for Large, 60 for Huge and 100 for Gargantuan.
Power Score: saves are made at -4 penalty.
20: User must save vs. polymorph or take damage equal to half his maximum hit points.
