Description: Basically this science surrounds the psionicist's hands and feet with a thin layer of energy which
allows him to hit creatures which would normally require enchanted weapons to hit. Furthermore, the energy glove
protects the caster from suffering any harm which might result from hitting the creature, ie. level drain, strength
drain, fire damage. The initial cost is 8 points per plus of enchantment the caster wishes to duplicate. For example,
if the caster wishes to create enough energy to make his hands +3, he would spend 24 points initially and 12 points
per round.
