I am not sure how to go about presenting this stuff yet, but seeing as how at least one of my games looks like it's going to take off successfully, I need to start posting house rules and the like. I'm still a bit leary of the legal stuff, but hopefully this won't prove to be too much of an issue.

The List is one big ol' list of all the templates and races in this section, with links to where they are in this site, as well as the ECL assignments I've given to various other races and templates. Typically, if something is on this list, I'll allow it as a player race in a game, provided the race does not exceed the ECL limit I've placed on the game.
