It is definitely worth the time and expense. It is also extremely easy to use. Zeno QUICKLY (1-2 uses) got rid of every type of pimple on my face that I tried it on, EVEN WORKS ON THOSE PAINFUL "UNDER THE SKIN" PIMPLES. The low heat (that it uses to kill the pimple) actually feels good--it is NOT HOT at all. With their return policy, I promise you have NOTHING to lose (but pimples). I have even tried Proactive, accutane, cortisone shots, and expensive laser treatments...NONE OF THEM WORKED FOR ME, BUT ZENO DID! For other acne, I noticed no improvement. It's also tedious to use. You can only use it three times each time. After using it three times, you have to wait and let it cool down. Then you'll have to wait again to let it heat back up. To me, all that trouble, plus the exhorbitant cost, was not worth the 20% success rate.
