Sugreev asked - "Why these Vaanar ran away and why they were so sad?" Angad said - "Aren't you seeing Raam and Lakshman? Both brothers are sleeping on the bed of arrows." Sugreev said to Angad - "I don't agree with this. They must be afraid of something else. They are running all around leaving their weapons. They don't feel embarrassed, they don't look back, they are pulling one another and jump over the bodies."

The then they heard - "Bless you for victory" in Vibheeshan's voice. Sugreev said to Jaambvaan - "Vibheeshan has come, I think Vaanar have taken him as Indrajeet, so tell them his name that he is Vibheeshan." then Jambvaan shouted - "Vibheeshan has come, Vibheeshan has come." and made Vaanar fearless. Vibheeshan also got very sad to see Raam and Lakshman unconscious. He wiped off his eyes with wet hands and start weeping - "Raam and Lakshman are lying like this because of cheat fight by Raakshas. This wicked son Indrajeet has cheated them. On whose help I wanted the respected and glory, the same Raam and Lakshman are lying here. Today I feel like dead in spite of being alive. Raavan's aim has fulfilled."

Sugreev hugged Vibheeshan crying like this and said - "You will get the kingdom of Lankaa and no wish of Raavan and Indrajeet will be fulfilled . They both will soon wake up from unconsciousness and kill Raavan along with Raakshas." Then Sugreev said to his father-in-law Sushen - "You take these brave brothers to Kishkindhaa. I will come only after killing Raavan and his Raakshas." Sushen said - "I have already experienced this in old Dev-Asur Sangraam. At that time Daitya killed Devtaa repeatedly and Brihaspati used to treat Devtaa with Mantra Vidyaa (knowledge) and medicines. Sampaati and Panas etc should go to Ksheer Saagar to bring those medicines. These monkeys know those herbs. There are two Parvat, Chandra and Dron, where Amrit was extracted by churning the sea. These medicines are available there only. So Vaayu-Putra Hanumaan may go there.

At that time mountains and seas' water shook with lightning. Gusty winds broke branches of the tree and the branches fell in Ksheer Saagar. Huge snakes who lived there, got frightened and all animals went into the sea. After this all monkeys saw Vinataa's son Garud Jee coming to them. As the Snakes (Naag Paash) who tied Raam and Lakshman saw Garud Jee coming they ran away. Garud Jee came, greeted Raam and Lakshman by touching their feet and then their faces. Garud's touch cured all their wounds and made their bodies beautiful. Their grace, power, enthusiasm, memory, wisdom, everything got doubled. Garud Jee hugged both brothers.

Raam said to Gaud - "By your grace we are comforted and we have got power. As I would have been happy to see my father, Raajaa Dashrath, I getting the same happiness to see you too. Beautiful, graceful, with beautiful garland and sandalwood paste, wearing shiny clothes and divine ornaments, who are you?"

Garud Jee said very happily - "Hey Kaakutsya, I am your friend and live outside. I have come here to help you out. Garutmaan is my name. Even all Gandharv, Devytaa, very brave Daitya, very mighty monkeys could not release you from Indrajeet's Maayaa Naag Paash. Kadru's sons, snakes came to you with their sharp teeth in the form of arrows. Hey Raam, You are Bhagvaan. Indrajeet has done this to you and Lakshman. Hearing this I came here quickly because of our love and friendship. I have freed you from this Naag Paash, but you should be careful in future. Raakshas by nature are cheaters. You are of simple and pure nature. You should not trust Raakshas in war."

After saying this to Raam, Garud Jee hugged Raam again and said - "Please permit me to go, you will be able to know about my friendship after the war is over. Now you should not be worried to know about my friendship. You will get Seetaa after killing all Raakshas along with Raavan." After saying thus to Raam, Garud Jee flew away through skyway. All monkeys started shaking and beating their tails making loud noises with happiness seeing Raam and Lakshman healthy. Now they were again ready to fight with Raakshas.
