Publicity and Promotion
I created a free, weekly handbill The News, to promote music industry artists and venues. It was distributed in venues Melbourne-wide. I worked in telephone marketing with Time-Life.
At 3RRR I sold advertising space in Radio City magazine, then moved to Tension magazine where I devised rate structures, advertising format, and contact lists, then sold space.
I promoted the Palm Sunday - Stop The Drop concert, by organising and producing advertisements for Australia-wide release (both Commercial and Public radio), and by arranging the design and printing of T-shirts, Windcheaters and other items.
Desktop Publishing (Early 1990's)
After this period I worked in DTP freelance from my office and at the clients' workplace. I produced a wide variety of documents including cards, signage, forms, newsletters, books, theses, etc.

Publications (Late 1990's)
Recent work includes the creation of promotional strategies for Ontos Health Retreat which included a complete image make-over. This included Stationary, internal forms, print media advertising, web-page and 32 page handbook, a Newsletter, cards, stickers and their mailing list.
During this time I also worked with WWOOF (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) minding their Web-site; and with a remote community in the Snowy Mountains where I produced a fortnightly Newsletter. Prior to that my freelance clients included RMIT Union copy centre, Central Fitzroy Co-op and DAWN (Drug and Alcohol Women's Network).
