Philip Edward Hartmann was born in Brantford Ontario in 1948. His only significant contributions to SF were as Marlax in Coneheads and as Phil Fimple in Small Soldiers. He also guest starred in two episodes of 3rd Rock From the Sun. Sadly Phil was killed in a homicide in May 1998.
