Howie Michael Mandel was born in Toronto Ontario in 1955. He has done very little in the SF genre. His SF credits include the voice of Gizmo in the two gremlins movies and as Charlie in Harrison Bergeron. He also guest starred in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and in The Outer Limits episode Second Thoughts.
