Mike Myers was born in Scarborough Ontario in 1963. Mikes roles as Austin Powers and Dr. Evil in the movies Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me are his only roles that are close to SF. According to the  IMDb Austin Powers is not considered SF. Since it does have some SF elements (cryonics, time travel, robotics, etc) I decided to list Mike in this guide anyway. 

Recently Mike has added a new movie to his short list of SF&F movies. He uses his voice talents as the title character in the animated blockbuster, Shrek.
