Sebastian Spence Cade Foster and Crazy Eddie
Sebastian Spence was born in 1969 in St. John's Newfoundland. Sebastian played Cade Foster in the Canadian SF series First Wave. He has also appeared as a guest on the  series' X-Files, Dead Man's Gun, Poltergeist: The Legacy, Sliders, The Outer Limits, Andromeda, Stargate SG-1, Mutant X and Dark Angel.
