Basics of Anahuac War

  • War in Europe was/is about killing (for the sake of killing).
  • War for our Anahuac people was not just about killing. Once you were subdued on the battlefield, you were basically a "dead" person. There was a specific ritual where the captor claimed responsibility for your life, and you acknowledged the captor the victor. The a date was scheduled for you to be sacrificed as a messenger to God (Ometeotl). Now your life and death is greater in importance. Instead of being dead fertilizer like in Europe, your death signifies something sacred in Anahuac. This is the truth behind human sacrifice. Makes European war look barbaric in comparison.
  • War is something sacred. It is a sacred duel on the battlefield of honor. We are part of that sacredness when we are warriors for our people's honor.
  • Emiliano Zapata was a true warrior for his people.
  • Cuauhtemoc was a true warrior for his people.
  • From the moment of birth, Aztec boys were raised to be warriors for their people. They strove for personal glory in war, and at the same time glory for their people.
  • Being a warrior for Aztlan is being a warrior for Anahuac.
  • Aztec warriors fought face-to-face, man to man with clubs studded with laser-sharp obsidian blades. The Spaniards fought a cowardly war: they killed without honor and took refuge behind their cannons and horses. The horses were more worthy of respect!
  • Chicano warriors fight in wars: they fight with sharpened blades of information and truth. They don't hide behind their television sets. They confront the enemy who tells lies. With their shields and obsidian blades gleaming in the sun, they wage sacred war for our people on the battlefield of honor.
