Lets have the Zone define Anti-Zone
Behaviour. The following excerpts are from actual zone chats, but
the names have been changed to protect the innocent and the guilty.

User1 : Zratings, can you explain why so-and-so's ratings were
reset?
Sysop1 : User, you are hereby silenced for anti-zone behaviour.
...
Sysop1 : Users who were silenced will only get their chat privileges back
if they send me an apology.

User2 : Hey, User3, what f*#! are you doing, you b$#!&*!@ c@!#!!
Sysop2 : User2, that language is not acceptable on the Zone. Please refrain
from such language in the future or you will be silenced.

Not confused, are you? Let me clarify. As defined by the sysops'
own reactions, cursing and inflammatory language will get a free warning
before they are "silenced" (i.e., their chat privleges are removed).
Whereas, individuals who question or criticize Zone actions will
be immediately silenced.
How long can users be silenced? Well, apparently that is up to the Sysop
(and their mood) at the time. There are several well-known instances where
a user was silenced, the sysop was gone for the weekend, and no other
sysop would remove the silencing. So the user was effectively off-line
for 4 days!!!
