What is Astral Projection/Travel?
Astral Projection/Travel is when the astral being (soul) seperates from our physical being. We can learn to control this and even remember our Travels. This truly is not a dangerous practice as long as you know what you're doing.
Have you ever had the sensation of falling or waken up with a sudden jolt? Have you had extremely vivid dreams or even dreams of flying? You were most likely Astrally Projecting. Almost every night, you astrally project but don't remember it.
