Characteristics of Appaloosas

The four indentifiable characteristics of an Appaloosa are: ~Coat Patterns
~Mottled Skin
~White Sclera(encircling eyes)
~Striped Hooves

**NOTE: Some horses have spots, striped hooves(often found on horse with various coat colors) and brown scleras. But they have to look like the pictures above to qualify as an Appaloosa!
