Final Fantasy X...The Story
Ah, another wonderful Final Fantasy game to add to the shelf, the tenth in line. Only this time, the graphics better than the last.Our hero, Tidus, was having a feirce blitz ball game when a large creature attacked his home town, Zanarkand. Auron, a friend of Tidus, had the choice to let Tidus fall into death, or go into a vast beyond. It was then that he spoke the famous words.
This is your story...
Tidus was sent into a strange temple, where he was attacked by a monster. Luckily for him, an unknown girl helped him defeat the monster. But when he tried to talk to them, they spoke a strange language, and the girl punched him, knocking him out.
Tidus woke up on a ship, the strange people shouting unknown phrases at him. The girl suddenly spoke up in his language, saying if he worked for them, they would let him stay with them. Later, Tidus was talking with the girl, and she said her name was Rikku. Tidus told her about Zanarkand, but Rikku thought he had gone crazy, and figured he "Got to close to sins toxin." It was soon after that the boat was attacked by Sin, and Tidus fell off and was lost in the water.
Tidus woke up on beach, where he met Wakka, a outgoing man, who was captain of a blitz ball team. Wakka asked Tidus to play for his team, and Tidus agreed, if Wakka would help him. Wakka brought Tidus back to his town, Besaid, where he looked around, desperatly wanting food. Tidus went to the temple, where he overheard Wakka and a man talking about how the summoner hadn't come out yet, and it had been more than a day. Tidus asked if the summoner could die, and Wakka said they could. Against the rules, Tidus barged into the temple.
Once he was through the maze, Wakka found Tidus, and they walked into a room where two people were stationed at. One of them, a pale, but beautiful woman named Lulu yelled at them, and a large beast, Kimahri stood silent. The doors opened, and a woman walked out, looking tired, and she fell on the steps, but was caught by Kimahri. She looked up at them and smiled, saying, "I've done it, I have become a summoner!"
Leaving the temple, people gathered around the woman, calling her "Lady Yuna," her name being, in fact, Yuna. Yuna walked out and Tidus later followed into the middle of Besaid, where Yuna summoned her first aeon, a mystical being, Valforth.
Yuna's job as a summoner was to defeat sin, and bring a calm, or peace, to the land, lasting only 10 years though. Since Wakka was one of Yuna's guardians, Tidus had to go with them on their journey. Yuna and Tidus became friends quickly, and a little later, Yuna excepted Tidus as one of her guardians.
And so, the journey continues, and Tidus meets up with Rikku again, and also Auron.
I'm not going to spoil the ending, but if you really want to know part of the ending, go to Their Future to find out. If not there, you'll just have to play the game!
