I know it's been holiday time again and everyone has been busy, but the "news" is a bit thin on the gound still......

COUNTY INTERNATIONAL GROUPS
The girls and leaders have all been and come back and by all accouints everyone had a WONDERFUL time. To see what the group who visited Sweden got up to, visit their new website - click here; the group who went to Wales on a watersports and outdoor activity holiday (OK, not exactly "abroad" although some might consider it so) also have their exploits recorded for posterity here. (Both groups would love it if you could find time to leave a message in their Guestbooks.)

EMERGENCY ARRANGEMENTS Re. FOOT-AND-MOUTH DISEASE
Due to the seriousness of the outbreak all public footpaths and rights-of-way on open land and farmland throughout the country are closed until further notice. Guideacres and Paxwold were both closed earlier in the year and although they have reopened, the footpaths for the most part remain closed - please check the up-to-date situation before you visit. Please be patient while the emergency lasts.
