The Civil Security Office provides safety and security service to the Bicol University community to assure a safe and comfortable environment. Assisted by security officers contacted with a private security agency, this office operates year round, 24 hours a day to assist in personal safety, crime prevention, escort services and to provide general University information.

Students should wear the prescribed uniform of the college.

Validated cards must be worn at all times within the school premises. The validated card should be used in all transactions of the University. Any student who fails to produce validated ID card upon demand by any member of the faculty or any school authority or security guard, may not be admitted to class or inside the campus.

Students should help keep the building and campus clean at all times. Trash cans and similar receptacles should be used. Littering and writing on the walls, doors, chairs or any property of the University is prohibited.

Smoking shall not be allowed inside the classrooms, laboratories, libraries, conference rooms, shops, and other places in the university premises where danger to health and of fire exists.

Any act of vandalism, malicious or unwarranted damage or destruction, defacing or disfiguring of property belonging to or controlled by the university or member of the university community, or a guest of the university shall be subjected to disciplinary action.

All cases of personal misconduct of discipline committed by a student inside the campus as an individual and not in connection with his membership in any university or college organization or extra-curricular activity, shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Dean of the College concerned.
