The Clerical Staff Provide Secretarial Services

The clerical staff of the
legal office shall provide Secretariat services and serve as the support
unit of the Bids and Awards Committee. This Administrative Order shall take
effect on May 1, 2005 until revoked and supersedes previous issuance of
the office on the subject matter.
BAC Secretariat Has a New Head
-
Prof. Grace B. Brizuela,
Professor III BUTC, was designated as the new head of BAC Secretariat last
April 25, 2005 in compliance with the provisions of RA 9184, otherwise known
as "An Act Providing for the Modernization, Standardization and Regulation
of the Procurement Activities of the Government and for other
purposes."
New Dean for BU College of Education

To assist the university
president. to attain the highest quality of advanced and professional
education and training, and to enable the university to take leadership in
research, extension and production endeavors, Dr. Oscar L. Landagan, Professor
6, BU College of Education last April 27, 2005 and, until such time that
a new director has been identified, Dr. Landagan will concurrently act as
Officer in Charge of the Integrated Laboratory School (ILS) and the Early
and Late Childhood Opportunity Program (ELCOP).
Comprehensive Development Plan of Bicol University was Approved

In view of Board
Resolution No. 072 dated September 26, 2003 approving the Comprehensive
Development Plan of Bicol University providing framework for
all development activities in the areas of Instruction, Research,
Extension, Production, Physical Facilities, Organizational Restructuring,
Financial Development and Human Resource including recruitment, training
and promotion for implementation in the next ten (10) year commencing
Calendar Year 2004 subject to a bi-annual review to assess its relevance
and applicability taking into consideration regional, national and
global development needs along its mandated functions. Consequently, the
Board of Regents mandates its adoption in all plans and programs of the
university. In line with aforementioned legal basis and through the
recommendation of the Committee on Deployment personnel were instructed to
affect the transfer of the hereunder Faculty and Non-Teaching Staff in the
respective plantilla and payroll of the college/unit following the
hereunder list effective June 7, 2005 for the faculty and May 1, 2005 for
the Non-Teaching. Those faculty and personnel not mentioned in the said
order shall secure University Clearance and submit the same to their
Administrative Officer. |
