Since El Físico Nuclear has been with us since the beginning, and since he has such a strong technological orientation, theory predicts that it is likely that we would find many archeological sites that confirm his presence on this planet. There is no doubt that El Físico Nuclear built the observatory at Cahokia Mounds in Illinois. However, he is not responsible for the energy distortions there; those are produced by Vorlon artifacts left there from a time before (perhaps) El Físico Nuclear ever visited this planet. As such, the ultimate effect of this energy is not quantifiable even by our recently re-discovered lost sciences.
