True Story of Creation...

Introduction...

 

    Firstly, we need to believe that Vedas are of divine origin. This fact is been addressed in quite a few Mantras that the divine being himself revealed the truth of universe to the Rishies. The knowledge was acquired by immersing one’s consciousness into all pervading consciousness. Modern scholars dismiss the fact as mere style of revelation. However Vedas were revealed to Rishies 16,500 before. It was an era when the human race was at its peek of spirituality. So indeed, a divine origin is not a impossibility.

 

    Following evidences will prove the divine origin of the universe:

        1. Distant Events...

            The Vedas give description of birth of 10 planets (including Asteroid belt). Also there appears 11^th planet in Mantras. This planet is very recently discovered by the scientist only after the technology reached the present heights. Vedas also go a step further to say that the planet is brown in color and that it has no spin. These facts are yet known to modern science.

 

        2. Events occurring million years ago...

            An example of this is birth of moon that has been described in Asya Vamasya Mantra. Also the Mantra gives the state of earth before moon was born. It states that one earth year consisted of 360 days. Even the rough calculations made, to take into account the effects of birth of moon and contraction of earth gives no. of days as 365.27 days. This is almost in accordance with the present day well known fact. There is no way we can expect the Rishies to know the above facts, other than by some divine form.

 

        3. Knowledge of extremely fine particles and very subtle phenomena...

 

a.      Elementary particles in Vedas are called “sons of energy”. Thus the ancient Rishies were aware of mass energy conversion. Modern science stumbled upon this concept merely 100 years ago.

            b. Bending of Light Rays under gravitational force.

                Predicted by General Theory of Relativity and confirmed in 1917 during solar eclipse, the bending of light was known to Vedas 16,500 years before. This phenomena is extremely subtle and shows minute effects even in cases of huge gravitating masses like sun.

    So indeed, Vedic Knowledge is Direct Vision of Reality.

    We now proceed with the Story of Creation in reverse order. That is, we begin with the birth of moon and end with truths of Milky Way and Galaxies.
