WEEK 15: FINAL CORRECTING DEVICES: AMPLIFIERS

Sections: Basic | Circuits | Op-Amps

Operational Amplifiers

Definition. Op-amps are high-gain dc amplifiers with a differential inout, usually comprised of two input leads, neither of which is grounded. An IC Operational Amplifier is a complete pre-packaged amplifier which operating characteristics and behavior (voltage gain, input impedance, frequency and bandwidth) depend on the few external components connected to its terminals.

Circuitry. Here under are the operational amplifier circuits:
1. Differential Op-Amps
2. Voltage-To-Current Op-Amps
3. Integrator Op-Amps
4. Differentiator Op-Amps
5. Comparator Op-Amps
