Alas... ~By
Lovely-chan~
“Well…I sleep with this fairy
and he…he broke my wings after.”
“Why?”
“So I couldn’t turn into a
human…he wanted to make fun of me with the others.”
“What others? I don’t
understand…will you explain better?”
“After he broke my wings he
tied me and threw me to the other fairies. They all rapped me, all
the others…”
“Rape?”
“Abused me Keshi…they fucked
me...it was horrible!” Lal was very depressed and alarmed to
remember his past sexual encounter and started to cry desperately.
“I am sorry I made you
remember that…I didn’t know, please don’t cry. I promise I won’t
break your wings…but don’t cry.” He went near him and held him
tight, caressing softly his silver hair and kissing his shoulders.
“Don’t cry Lal…don’t cry.” He stood embracing the small figure of
Lal while he cried, then touched his wings with tenderness and love.
“Your wings are absolutely gorgeous…no one should even think about
breaking them.” Lal gave Keshi his back sitting on his lap to let
him play with his clear wings, feeling warm lips slowly tracing them
carefully. Keshi slid his hands on Lal’s chest while he kissed his
neck and ears. “My precious…” Lal rubbed his eyes and tried to calm
down, and he did thinking Keshi would be different.
“I won’t cry again.”
“Smile…you are lovely when you
smile.” Lal turned around to face him giving him a wide beautiful
smile. “Beautiful…”
“Keshi, would you please love
me again.”
“Don’t beg…I can do it all
night if you want...I know I want to.”
“Keshi! Ha, ha!” Lal felt too
happy, he couldn’t believe he felt real happiness in his heart. He
felt love from Keshi, but still knew he had too many fears inside,
but even though, he made love to Lal for the rest of the night.
***
When the sun started to rise
the next morning Keshi stood from the floor to place Lal on the bed
covering his slender body from the cold morning breeze. “Lal…what
can I do with you? My dear Lal…” He placed a kiss on Lal’s cheek
after caressing his lovely face and prepared something to eat for
him and Kalkin, the beautiful beast had stay quiet all night long
and Keshi wanted to reward him for his patience. “Here you go old
pal…I’m sorry about last night…I’ll see what I can do about Lal…I
can’t have him around if I want to get stronger…I need to practice
my skills and…I’m afraid he can get hurt.”
Kalkin ate and drank what his
friend gave him and finally replyed to his words. They could
communicate mentally, so he was used to listening to the wise beast.
'Keshi, you need to trust others, you must let go of your fears. Not
everyone is evil and just because you love him it doesn’t mean he
will die. Don’t be afraid to love, don’t close the doors of your
heart. Whatever happens to me it must happen…everything has a
meaning, don’t try to force your destiny to be one thing if it’s
leading you some place else. Love Lal, there is nothing wrong for
you to love. You must love to live a happy life, otherwise you’ll be
unhappy forever.'
“You don’t understand, Kalkin…it’s
just…”
'You are afraid to lose him,
like you lose your parents and your brother, am I right?'
“Maybe…” A sound from the bed
made him end the conversation with Kalkin and pay attention to the
little figure moving in the bed. “He is awake…later, Kalkin…we’ll
talk later.”
“Keshi?”
“I’m here, come have some
breakfast with us.”
“What are you having?”
“Some fruits and bread. Why?”
“I want some flowers.”
“Ok, I’ll get some…which
ones?”
“Any…I like the purple ones
the most.” Keshi went outside to find the flowers his lover wanted
not knowing he was being observed from behind. He ran back inside
because of the cold weather and shut the door quickly. “Baby, you’re
shaking!”
“It’s freezing outside, how
you maintain these flowers alive? By the way, are these the ones?”
“Yes, those are fine.”
“Then come here with us, I’m
having breakfast with Kalkin.” Lal took the blanket and sat on
Keshi’s lap wrapping him with it before he sat down. “Thanks.” Keshi
pressed Lal’s body against his chest and started feeding his lover
tenderly.
From the window black eyes
starred at the scene of the two lovers kissing and eating breakfast
lovingly while they laughed. 'Well, well, well…so our hero got
himself a lover…a very unusual creature…hummm, very pretty too. Now
I know the boy’s weakness…at last I’ll get rid of him. Ahriman won’t
win…this time I’ll make sure to kill him.'
Lal put some flowers on
Keshi’s lips, but he made a funny face. ”You don’t like ‘em? How
come? They taste great!”
“I prefer the apples, really.”
“How about you Kalkin?” Kalkin
liked flowers and ate them. “You see…he have great taste!”
“So I don’t?”
“Well…” Keshi tickled him and
start a playful fight with the little haada ending the match with a
long lasting kiss. “I love you Keshi…I really do.”
Keshi pushed him away and
stood up with an angry look on his face. “Get out.”
“But why? We were just…”
“I said get out!” Lal didn’t
move an inch, he was confused with Keshi’s attitude, one moment they
kissed and the other he was yelling at him disgust at nothing but
his presence. “Do you want me to kick you out of the house? I told
you to leave after you recovered and you are still here. Go away and
don’t ever come back, understand? I don’t want to see your face ever
again!” Keshi threw the remaining flowers at Lal face nastily. “Get
dressed and go!”
“Keshi…” Lal was shocked and
very sad, he felt Keshi betrayed him almost with the same cruelty as
the other fairies did. He used him or lied to him, and now was
kicking him away from his life. The fairy felt broken, now more than
ever. “I can see your heart is cold like the weather, you are cruel
just like all the fairies in the forest… I may be the only creature
with these looks and qualities, but no matter what you say or
believe…I do have a soul and I have feelings…but you, you are the
one with no soul! I hope…I hope you regret it some day!” Lal
immediatly left to the forest to hide and cry all he wanted, but
far, very far from the longhaired human who broke his heart in
billion pieces.
Keshi felt horrible for what
he did to the one he loved and felt broken inside one more time.
“I’m sorry Lal…I’m sorry.” Keshi slid to the floor crying for the
wrong he caused his beloved haada, he knew what he felt and needed
to push Lal away to control his feelings. “I can’t be distracted…I
can’t love someone…I can’t love or else Lal…Lal will suffer…”
'Don’t you think you are
making him suffer with your rejection?'
“It will be for the better…you
don’t understand, Kalkin, because you are not me.”
'If I were you, I wouldn’t
hurt the one I love the way you did.'
“Kalkin!” Keshi felt even
worse. He knew the alas was right and to hear it killed him. “You
are right, but there is nothing I can do…if he stays, he’ll die for
sure.”
“A fight between lovers…even
more convenient for me. Ha, ha, ha!” Vritra left to find the human
fairy he just saw fly away from Keshi’s home to use him for his evil
purposes. After long hours of searching, he finally found the small
boy crying on the river.
“My life has no meaning…it
never has…I guess it should be better if I…” Lal looked to the floor
looking for something sharp and took a broken glass on his hands.
“Adios, Keshi…” Lal lifted the glass to the air- to stab himself
through the heart with it's sharp edge, when an unknown man grabbed
his hand to stop him. “Huh?”
“Don’t do it little one. There
is no reason why…maybe I can help you.”
Lal looked at the unknown man
from head to toes. A long black cape was covering his tall body and
his black hair fell softly on his shoulders. He was a beautiful man,
but there was something scary about him, maybe all the black
surrounding him was not the only thing black about him. “No one can
help me.”
“Perhaps you are wrong.”
“No I’m not, I’m useless and
my life has no meaning, so why live if I have nothing?”
“Let me guess…you lost someone
you love and you want that person to love you. Am I right?” Lal
nodded looking straight to the black eyes of the man, but still
didn’t trust him, there was something suspicious about him. “Then I
got something special for you…it’s a magic spell, a love spell.
Whomever drinks it will love you forever.”
“No. I want him to love me for
me, not because of a spell.”
“So it’s a boy you like…maybe
he likes girls little one…”
“I don’t know…girls are ugly!”
Lal had never liked girls since they'd always made fun of him
because he was different. But the truth was that they were jealous
of his beautiful and unusual looks.
“You think? Maybe you are
right! Well…what do you say? You got nothing to lose if you try. I
can assure you it will work, but if it doesn’t…he already say no,
so…tell me?”
“I don’t know.”
“I thought you loved this boy,
but if you don’t love him that much, then I’ll give the spell to
someone else. I saw you crying and I wanted to help…oh well…see you
around pretty boy.” The warlock turned away and walked slowly
waiting for the small boy to react and stop him.
“Wait!” Vritra smirked knowing
he'd accept his magic spell and then turned around to look at Lal. “I do love him…I just don’t think love should be obliged.”
“But what is love anyway but a
spell! The perfect meeting, the perfect phrase, the perfect look…all
a lie just to get what you want. There is no difference, it is only
a little push nothing more.”
“Maybe…ok, I got nothing to
lose. I already lost him anyway.”
“Don’t fear…Vritra is here for
the rescue. You’ll have his love back in less than a blink of an
eye. Just pour this into his drink and make sure he swallows it
all…only then he will be yours.”
“He must drink all?”
“Yes, if not, the spell won’t
work.” Vritra gave Lal a small bottle with the magic spell, but a
spell of love or a spell of death? “Remember child…he must drink it
all, all.”
“Yes.” Vritra left and Lal
looked at the bottle unsure to do it or not. “Keshi…should I even
try? You hurt me so much…but I…I still love you.” Lal stood up and
flew slowly to Keshi’s home. “Should I try talking to him first?
What if he just throws me out again...? He said he didn’t want to
see my face…” Lal walked to the well Keshi dug some years ago and
took out a bucket of water looking at his reflection on it. “Am I
ugly? Is that why he doesn’t want to see my face? He may think I am
ugly just like everyone else…then why did he love me last night? Was
he just playing with me or he was just curious like the others? I
don’t know…he was tender and then…why?” He heard a noise and hid
behind the well, but it was only Kalkin, so he came out of his
hideout. “Hello…is he there? I see…I don’t understand him at all.
Why is he sad if he kicked me away? Kalkin, you're wrong. You said
he liked me, and he kicked me out and now you say he loves me? He
can’t love me when he treated me so bad…that’s not love. Do you
think I should go in? I will anyway.” Even when Kalkin told him to
leave Keshi alone, Lal insisted and went in, but threw the bottle
with the spell to the floor.
