Dhampirs should be created with starting stats as seen in the "Times of Thin
Blood" supplement for Vampire: the Masquerade.
If a character history is included with the character sheet, you
may take 10 extra freebie points. These extra freebies are to be used to
increase backgrounds and secondary traits
only.
MODIFIED CREATION RULES:
Due to the nature of this game, the Storyteller
has eliminated and restricted certain things listed in Vampire: The Masquerade.
It is important that you look over the following section before creating
your character.

Every character in Boston: the
Every character in Boston: the Final Masquerade who has the Influence,
Contacts or Allies background must at character creation outline the
following: Where his sphere of influence lies, who his contacts are
and how they became to be said contacts and finally, who his allies
are and why.
Boston: the Final Masquerade uses the Minds Eye Theater
rules for influence:
Boston Influence.
When these background are used, a player MUST contact a storyteller
with how he is contacting these backgrounds, and then write a post
that is placed on the message board to make it official.
