VAMPIRE GHOULS DHAMPIRS MORTALS


GHOUL CREATION:

     The following Ghouls types are currently accepted in Boston: the Final Masquerade:
Vassals
Independents
Revenants

     Ghouls should be created with starting stats as seen in the "Ghouls: Fatal Addiction" supplement for Vampire: the Masquerade.

     Giovanni Ghouls should be created with starting Reverant stats as seen in the "Ghouls: Fatal Addiction" supplement for Vampire: the Masquerade.

     If a character background is included with the character sheet, you may take 10 extra freebie points. These extra freebies may be used to increase backgrounds and secondary traits only.

MODIFIED CREATION RULES:
     Due to the nature of this game, the Storyteller has eliminated and restricted certain things listed in Vampire: The Masquerade. It is important that you look over the following section before creating your character.

Domitor: Ghoul characters within Boston are either Independant (Have no dominitor) or have a Player Character dominitor.

EXTRA'S AT CHARACTER CREATION
- Kindred Lore x1, Ghoul Lore x1 This is to show the basic knowledge that the character possesses of his/her supernatural condition, and of vampires in general.
- Three dots in Influences.

LIMITED BACKGROUNDS
     The following backgrounds are limited unless sufficient justification for a higher rating is given at character creation.

- Resources: 3
- Appearance: 3
- Occult Library: This background is generally limited to Kindred elders. However, with good reason and ST permission, this background may be taken by "others."

LIMITED MERITS & FLAWS
Iron Will, Blase and Unbondable: These merits may not all be taken at the same time.
Vicissitude Modification, and Artifically Aged
Note: The Unbondable Merit costs 6 points for Ghoul characters.

INFLUENCES, ALLIES, & CONTACTS
     Every character in Boston: the Every character in Boston: the Final Masquerade who has the Influence, Contacts or Allies background must at character creation outline the following: Where his sphere of influence lies, who his contacts are and how they became to be said contacts and finally, who his allies are and why.

Boston: the Final Masquerade uses the Minds Eye Theater rules for influence: Boston Influence. When these background are used, a player MUST contact a storyteller with how he is contacting these backgrounds, spend the exp and then write a post that is placed on the message board to make it official.
