The Robland dust collector is a great match for the X-31.
This machine moves about 1000 cfm. It is powered by a 1hp 220 volt motor made in Germany. The impeller weighs about 14 lbs. and is dynamically balanced.
The shop generates approximately 30 to 60 gallons of sawdust each week. Instead of the clear plastic bag shown in the photo, I use ordinary 32 gallon trash bags to collect the sawdust. These bags are easy to remove and transport to the curb on trash collection day.
