Stored on the back wall of the shop this rather plain looking object is really a spray painting fixture.  It was made from two pieces of scrap plywood.  The outer circular part was cut to a 36 diameter. The inner circle has a 24" diameter.  Sandwiched between them is a ball bearing race often used to construct Lazy Susan type assemblies.

The legs are stock turnings and are mounted with knock down hardware, both are  readily available at you local hardware store.

Making this table from inexpensive material takes the worry out of attaching a variety of part holding fixtures on top of the table when painting.

In the background you can see a large screen made from peg board.  This is where I hang most of my clamps and other utility tools.  This screen is track mounted providing easy access to the furnace and water heater which are concealed behind it. The frame for this screen was made from 5-1/2" wide spruce boards planed to 1-3/8" thick.  Full mortise and tenon joinery was used in construction.
