Meditation is something that has been around for thousands of years. It has been widely used in the EAST as a method of relaxing the spirit, mind and body. Within the last few years it has been gaining strong interest in the West. More recently, it has caught the interest of Scientific Researches here. And what they are relizing has been long know in the East. That meditation can help people release long supressed emotions, improve mood and self-esteem, as well as increase energy and improve sleeping habits.
The other great thing about MEDITATION is that it can be done either just sitting or through exercise. There are many tyes of meditation such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga etc. All which help people to live their lives in the present. Something that depression sufferers as well as those people who have anxieties suffer from.
