A
STUDY AND EVALUATION OF ADIABATIC SATURATION
PROCESS |
CHAPTER
VI
CONCLUSIONS
AND RECOMMENDATIONS
|
6.1
Conclusions
From
the findings of the study, the following
conclusions are drawn:
1.
Adiabatic
saturation process can achieve comfort cooling
with the use of water as the cooling agent.
2.
The
falling of temperature in °C
is not constant or the same.
3.
Adiabatic
saturation cannot achieve 100% saturation
because of by-pass factors. Hence dry bulb
temperature is never with the same temperature
to wet-bulb temperature.
4.
Ambient
temperature may remain constant but falling of
the wet and dry bulb temperature is continuous.
6.2
Recommendation
s
Based
on the findings and conclusions, the following
recommendations were formulated by the
researchers:
1.
Do
experimental study on adiabatic saturation using
adiabatic saturator on summer where temperature
is high.
2.
The
re-circulating spray of water may be improvised
by providing a makeup water in order to
perpetuate the process to compensate for the
amount of water evaporated into the air.
3.
The
use of cool water to re-circulate on the water
spray.
