Guiding is for girls, but it is nothing without adult volunteers. In fact, with more adults helping, many more girls could benefit from Guiding. There are many roles that volunteers can play, for example;

Women can become:

• Unit Leaders*
• Assistant Leaders*
• Commissioners*
• Unit Helpers
• District/Division/County Secretary
• County Registration Secretary
• Treasurers
• Trainers
• Advisers: International Adviser, Public Relations Advisers etc
• And more

(* in these roles women wear uniform)

Men can also help. They can be:

• Unit Helpers
• Secretaries
• Treasurers
• Public Relations Advisors
• Instructors
