Skyline: Nothing happens.Plot: It's time for the SeaBees, the awards for Seattle radio. Roz is determined to win an award after waiting 10 years to be nominated. In Café Nervosa, Bebe tells Frasier he and Roz have been nominated for the SeaBees. Without being asked, she agrees to be his date for the evening. At the apartment, Frasier and Roz decide how to influence the judges. Much to Martin's horror, they agree to bribe the Nomination Committee with jewellery from Tiffany's. At the awards, Frasier and Roz see the other nominees, amongst them Fletcher Grey, a newsreader who has been nominated for the past 11 years but not won, much to the annoyance of his mother. He's retiring soon, and Frasier feels a bit guilty about his and Roz's plan. Roz, however, does not, and is determined to win that award. Then the winners are announced...
