Plot: A new guy has started at KACL, Dr Clint Webber. He's good looking and all the women fancy him. Even Bulldog thinks so - but is worried that Clint will "steal all his chicks". Because he has a date with KACL employee Sharon, Frasier isn't bothered at first - until he discovers Clint is better than him at most things, including giving advice to the callers.
Frasier tries to outdo his co-worker but isn't successful, so decides to hold a party for Clint. This doesn't go well at first - especially when Sharon falls for Clint - but soon Frasier realises Clint is deaf. So he gets Clint to start singing to everyone.....
Meanwhile Martin has bought Eddie some expensive dog food, but argued with the store owner Robert and was banned from the store. But Eddie is now refusing to eat anything else.

It's Maris!!!.....Drop by Drop: When Eddie refuses to eat, Niles suggests to Martin that he do what Niles used to with Maris when she wouldn't eat - sleep-feed her with eye drops.....
Roz loves..... Dr Clint Webber - she keeps trying out her laugh on him
Trivia: First mention of Gil's wife Deb here in an amusing scene. Gil says he hasn't noticed Clint's good looks, much to the amazement of Frasier, Roz and Bulldog. Gil is horrified when he finds out they thought he was gay, and reminds of them of his wife. But they thought Deb was his cat..... We also meet Clint Webber, after hearing about him in Ep
