Plot: There's a long queue at Cafe Nervosa, and Frasier, Roz and bulldog are waiting in line. Suddenly a man with a gun walks in. Bulldog panics, and uses Roz as a shield whilst accidentally spilling coffee over the gunman. The gunman flees, and Bulldog is hailed as a hero. Only Frasier knows what really happened though.
Bulldog later finds out he's being given a special SeaBee for his heroics, and Frasier, who's hosting the awards, isn't too happy, He doesn't think it's fair that Bulldog is being rewarded for being a coward, and thinks Bulldog will eventually feel guilty about it. However, Bulldog doesn't.
On the night of the awards, it eventually gets to Bulldog's award. Frasier has recruited a few "special guests" to try and make Bulldog feel guilty. But can even Bulldog's priest, old teacher, coach and mum make him confess what really happened?
Meanwhile Niles has also been nominated for a SeaBee, for the "Best Performance By A Guest On An Information Show" award.
Subtitles: Bad Dog; And The Weiner Is...
Trivia: The 4th Seabees episode. We get to meet Bulldog's mum, Bernice, for the first time and Daphne mentions her dad and brothers. And no, Frasier doesn't win an award :-(.
