Skyline: Lightning storm.Plot: Niles asks Daphne to get something out of his briefcase, and she finds a file on one of his patients, Heather Murphy, who has a crush on Niles. She confronts him and he says its nothing to worry about, but he can't talk about it because of patient confidence. At Cafe Nervosa, Daphne confides in Roz and she tells her to look through Niles' briefcase. Daphne does so and discovers a lot about Heather, including where she works. Roz and Daphne go to see her, but their plan doesn't work and Daphne feels awful. She confesses to Niles what she's done and of course he's angry and upset. Will he be able to forgive her? Meanwhile Martin has returned from a hunting trip with Duke - and a cricket has stowed away with him. The cricket is loose in the apartment and is driving Frasier made with its chirping..... Subtitles: Recipe For Disaster; Clash Of The Titans; Which Floor Is The "Other Woman" Department? It's Maris!!!.....Silence Is Golden: When Niles was married to Maris, he never got to tell her how his day went because she needed silence for her chronic migraines. Trivia: Last episode we had Frasier's subconscious, now we have Daphne's. Whilst Niles is in the bathroom, she watches Entertainment Tonight. Mary Hart, the host, "tells" Daphne to look in the case. The picture of Julia Roberts on the ET screen changes to one of Daphne - an old press photo of Jane Leeves from Season 5. Mention of Duke - he went on a hunting trip with Martin and they didn't catch anything. Duke can fit 27 marshmallows in his mouth at once though. Also a mention of Mel, and an indirect mention of Alice who is keeping her mom awake at night. |
