98 kilometers far from Gorgân, Minu
Dašt is located on the eastern part of Golestân province. Minu
Dašt enjoys mountainous mild weather in the heights and semi-moderate
and humid climate in the low and plain areas. From the point of tribal
life and acceptance of tribe, Minu Dašt has been known not only in this
province, but all over Iran. Sepid Dašt (Aq toqe), Porgol Kuh
(Golidag), Cenârân and Siâh Cešme (Qare-) are some of
the
villages here. Specific produktions of the region are silk, worm and honey. The most important attractions of this city is the national park of Golestân, which is considered as the first national park of Iran.
