I've come to fill you up! If not for the day at least for the afternoon.

Having faith in yourself and your actions can prove to be quite valuable. The ups proceeded me to take action. Unfortunately the action was taken at a momentary peak. Ironically, a downhill slide occured as soon as i decided to climb this hill! But fret not! As the downhill slide was only a momentum builder to get me up the next hill which was twice as long as its slope!!

Speaking of Hill, I just read one of Napoleon Hill's classic stories! And with that one down that makes it

22!

in pre-growth fashion i plan to succeed
creating a list of literary novelties to service my electro-fancy

a proposition to transmutate the transmutated
What will this produce?

One cannot have success without the failings of something else
Let us hope the product is in line with societies demands.

Will these less than mediocre facilities withstand the demands
Or will history reminice on a favorite dream and procure its predictable pop-results?

Finished reading book 21! Good to Great went from great to good. It wasn't an extraordinary book; however, it did have a few good points. The end was really slowing down until the last few pages. My recommendation is to read something else or play 8 solid hours of SimCity4. This book is good for cliff notes.

In regards to my last post, i've started investing in the stock market. It's about time I take my money of a minimal interest bank account and throw it into something that can make me at least 20 times more juxtapose to my credit union bank account. I've already made more in the stock market than I have in all the bank dividends I've been paid. If you'd like to know, I can show you how to evaluate stocks and where you can get 25 bucks for free to invest in anything you want!

Lastly everyone should listen to Paul McCartney's "Jenny Wren". It is very very good.

I finally did it. Well, I haven't done it just yet. But I've scheduled to do so next Tuesday. Part of all the books I have been reading have finally made me do something.

Friggen Sweet! Today the "beerman" came and gave us a little talk about his beer. An entreprenuer by the name of Eugene Simor told us about the new Alamo Beer. He told us how he got started, what's currently going on, a little about the marketing aspect of Alamo Beer, and what's in store for the future.

What was really awesome was that he bought samples for us to try. How often to you get the beer nerd/guy coming to visit your private catholic institution of higher learning who passes out free samples in class? You Don't! Anyway, I'm not a beer person but when I tried the beer I have to say it was a mighty good beer. I think I could down a few of these taste ales at a bar.

A very cool guy with a mighty tastey beer, Eugene Simor and Alamo Beer get two thumbs way up!

I wish I had better teachers. This past wednesday I had a test in one of my marketing classes that very little to do with the course content and more of the stereotypes my aged professor held. Next I had a Strategy and policy class where my group gave a presentation. My portion was on centralization and decentralization. My assertion was that small businesses are less centralize than corporations. Once again the aged professor professed his faulty assertions that countered mine. I'll leave that at that. Then my next class, logistics, was cancelled because the class was going to be too boring for students. Where are the enlightened professors when you need them?

Anyway, mr dennis invited me to hang out with him on new years and he sent me directions to a killer party tonight. And you know what? My fucking transport machine fucking broke. Shit.

So i added some new stuff in the Words section. I comment on email and gas.

Tuesday, October 25, 2005 11:05 PM:

I finished my 20th book since I was counting. Rock.

Registered for my courses yesterday and I'm taking 18 hours once again. My last semester. Seems so weird. I know graduation wont be as fun as one conceives it might be. I don't know if I'm ready to take on increased responsibility. I know I can handle it. I just don't think I want it. perhaps I'll get into grad school and avoid it all together?

I was also listening to my mavis cd reminiscing about old times. Sigh...

...And all the while I sang for miles until there was no one left...

For some reason I hadn't checked my guestbook in a while and i saw some people had posted. Hip!

In regards to MsRex's comment I added some posts. This couldn't have been done with out the help of my good cousin/webpage designer/photo grapher extraordinaire danwell.

Thursday, October 13, 2005 12:21 PM:

Today's my day off. I have a midterm break. Well deserved. However, things just got a little heavier. A collegue of mine and I were working on a project for a competition. We advanced to the next round and have to impliment our plan. Not too enthused about that in light of the many things I must do. But what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger, no? I hope i don't get killed.

In lighter more exciting news, Ben Folds is making his way to Austin! Horray!

In upcoming refreshing news... I'm going to make my way to best buy to purchase Sigur Ros' new CD Takk.

ebb and flow.

Saturday, October 8, 2005 9:50 PM:

Just went running today at Woodlawn. I ran once around (1.33 miles) and then i walked the next mile and a third. For some reason I felt like running some more. So i did. and I ended up running another round. It was kind of cold.

I'm currently listening to some of the songs I made and trying to think about which ones I want to redo. Perhaps I'll end up a new song. I have then one song called lullabye and it's so good. but soooo sad. I don't think i'll be able to replicate it. I'm going to try but its going to be tough.

Also in music news, i wrote another fragment of a song.

Strange things happened tonight... I talked to three people I used to be musically involved with. That's right i had relations with 3 males. musically though. I couldn't sleep so i thought i'd get on and see what the internet might hold for me. Well the first chap i encountered was a man by the name of George. George jammed out with mavis during the latter years right before we ceased to exist. We played some original tunes that never got played, released, or remembered. We also played 'I Might Be Wrong' from radiohead. Smashing tune. George informed me of some solo work and tunes that his band is getting ready to release.

Next, I encountered Sir Isaac. It was a pleasure talking with him since I hadn't talked to him in quite some time. He bass for mavis for a good while. Turns out he's got his own band... something with tito taranchula. or something. He plays keys and sings. neat.

Last guy is Joe. He played bass and guitar for mavis a few times. Very helpful in getting crit for our songs. Also very kool guy. I shot some song ideas by him tonight. He came to the conclusion i'm not a drummer. ha!

Strange that they were all bassist and all in the same night.

Its the wee hours of the morning and I must rest for later on today!

Things have gone slightly better than normal. I take things of my plate and more people come by with stuff to put back on but I'm ok. Some of it's good. Some of it isn't. An opportunity presented itself today. However, I lack the necessary judgement to adequately determine if it was a good opportunity.

I am eagerly awaiting the ampop cd release. It seems like it might never come.

I am also eagerly awaiting my cd release. I hope its good.

Nitey nite time.

Sunday, October 2, 2005 11:48 PM:

What up reader? I'm very unmotivated to do the things I need to do right now. Today was my recooperation day. I did everything I shouldn't have done. And all the things I needed to do was set aside. Shite! Oh well. I think I need to archive my news now.

Anyway, I was at school doing this study group thing and my gorup members just happen to be in an organization I'm in on campus. So i decided I'd give a few recommendations about the organization. They're pretty smart people so I thought they could handle it. The gist of it was that organizations don't do what they're supposed to do. And most of the things they do do are inefficient. This prompted me think about it a lot more on the drive home. So much so, that I think I want to write an article in our Lake Front News paper. I don't know if it would be a good idea or not.

Ok, I'm off to bed. goodnight.
