Tamworth Country Music Experience

Did you know there is more Country Music happening all year-round in Tamworth? Are you interested in coming to Country Music capital - Tamworth, in a group from your area, for week-end entertainment packages centred around the popular *Tamworth Country Theatre Concerts, and other special entertainment?

This project*, which started as a Tourism Tamworth sponsored idea, celebrated its fourth year in April 2000. Other Country Music activities/attractions are now growing around this central feature, and the whole weekend offers interesting activities and great Country entertainment for an increasing number of enthusiasts. You may be aware that these Country Music performances, featuring the top Country Music stars and rising performers in concert, are presented on the third Saturday of selected months,4 times a year,  in the Tamworth RSL Club Auditorium.

Coach/Accommodation entertainment packages are available on request. You can now experience what we have to offer in Tamworth - Country Music capital during the year, not just at Januarys Festival.

As you will appreciate, pricing will vary slightly from region to region, but for example:- a typical 2 day/1 night package from Sydney will be approximately $200 + 10% GST.

Tamworth offers you a Tamworth Country Music Experience:- namely

1 or 2 nights accommodation - 3 to 4 star, or budget
"Live" entertainment, and Dinner on the Friday and/or Saturday night
Saturday night- Tamworth Country Theatre Concert (or other)
Sunday- cooked breakfast at accommodation
