Fullmetal Alchemist

A Cold Wind Today by Manda. Roy/Ed. A good character piece. A little ansty, very well done. Just a simple, short piece that puts Ed and Roy into nice perspective.

Altenbier by ysabet. Roy/Ed. A short piece showing the office crew on a late Friday, enjoying some beers. Roy teaches Ed the finer points of appreciating beer. Very nicely written, with a mellow tone. Recommended.

Air Feeds Fire by Emily Ravenwood. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. A gorgeous, gorgeous piece, full of wonderful smut. Ed has problems coping with his first time killing someone and Roy helps him cope. A highly recommended piece.

*New 8/15* And Home Once More by Whitecat. Roy/Ed. Ed's out on an archaeological dig when he receives word that Roy has become Fuhrer. Roy calls him back to Central, asking him to stick around and work for Roy again. A very well done character piece on Roy and Ed. Wonderfully done, as with all of Whitecat's pieces.

The Art of Getting Lost by LCM. Roy/Ed. The Philosopher's stone's been found. Ed and Al are restored but the transition from action to peace isn't easy. To relieve the boredom he goes out at night and gets lost in the city streets. A very nicely done character piece. Ed's thoughts are well characterized. Highly worth reading.

Behind Speech by Manda. Roy/Ed. Ed experiments with sound alchemy. Highly Recommended.

Better by Furious Cup of Cat. Roy/Ed. Ed's feeling under the weather and Roy's there to take care of him. Cute and amusing, with Ed blustering as much as he can with his illness and Roy hovering and being sweet. A good read.

Chicken Soup for Supper by Kaira-chan. Scar/Ed. Ed is sick in the Ishbalite camp. Short drabble but still interesting.

Cohabitation by Harukami. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. Ed returns to his native world and finds that things have changed, leaving him searching for a place where he fits in. A very well written piece, as with all of Harukami's works. The piece has an angsty sort of somber gloom hanging over it, creating a wonderful atmosphere entirely appropriate for the piece. Very much recommended.

Firebird by The Black Kitten. Scar/Al. Graphic Content. Al returns to Ishbal after being restored. A good, cute story that develops Al and Scar's relationship without being overly long and drawn out. Nicely written, particularly in how Scar is affected by Al's presence. Recommended.

Hands by acquisition. Roy/Ed. A cute, homey story. Roy reflects on the things Ed does around home, and on Ed himself. A very well done piece. Good characterization and good emotion. Definitely worth reading.

Housewarming by Harukami and WhiteCat. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. A glorious, glorious, smut-filled story showing Roy and Ed hesitantly starting a relationship through cups of coffee. Excellently written, like both of their individual fiction, and with wonderful characterization. Ed is wonderfully new to relationships and Roy is... well, he's Roy but with a dulled personality. Not the smug, amused Colonel, but the serious, solemn Colonel that isn't seen as often. Put the two together and it becomes a lovely feast for the imagination. One of the best Roy/Ed pieces I've read. Very highly recommended.

*New 8/15* The Last Straw by Brocas_aphasia. Roy/Ed. Roy comforts Ed after he's had a bad day. Humorous and very well written. I absolutely adored the image of Ed crawling into Roy's arms, and the grope-age that follows. The ending is absolutely hilarious. Highly recommended.

One Trick Pony by vikki. Ed figures out Roy's Flame Alchemy. Short and cute. Recommended.

Pax Oblivium by neko_yasha001. Roy/Ed. Ed needs a nap.

A Perfect Morning by Andrea Weiling. Roy/Ed. Ed savors a morning in bed. A cute, short piece.

The Physics of This by dana. Roy/Ed. Ed contemplates half a foot of park bench and the intimacy crossing it entails. Cute, short, a slightly girly. Very well written. Recommended.

Ready Steady by Special K. Roy/Ed. Al is restored and Ed's shiftless. His return to Central at the conclusion of one of the odd jobs Roy sent him out on provokes him to confront the Colonel. A very well done piece. Ed's excellently characterized and the events of the story unfold smoothly. Highly Recommended.

Samadhi by Dana. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. Roy's library sees some abuse. Mostly just smut. Well written smut, with good characterization. A good read.

*New 8/15* Shades of Gray by _cherrywolf_. Roy/Ed. Roy's getting gray hairs. A cute long-term relationship fic between Roy and Ed, though the writing isn't spectacular.

Snow by Harukami. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. Ed lures Roy into a snowball fight, which ends with them passed out on Roy's couch in post-coital bliss. Short but very well written. Good characterization, with some nice insight into Roy's thoughts. Highly Recommended.

Taking Responsibility by mikkeneko. Roy/Ed. Very funny story in which Al takes the righteous brother stance in making Roy accept the consequences of seducing Ed. Well written and highly amusing. Worth reading. I definitely recommend.

Throw Away the Key by Harukami. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. Prison sex. 'Nuff said.

Twelve Days of Christmas by crazythorn. Gen, Roy and Ed centric. Twelve days of Christmas featuring paperwork and a gloomy Elric. Each part is brief but the overall story is cute. A well told tale. Very much worth reading.

*New 8/15* Valentine's Day by kira_k and okami_hu. Roy/Ed. Roy comes home to Ed. An interesting piece, very sexy though the writing style leaves something to be desired.

Vision Double (Second Part) by Kalika Maxwell. Roy/Ed. Graphic Content. This story is depressing as all hell. And I mean that. Ed tries to return Al to his body and makes a mistake. Now, they're both trapped in Ed's body with Al as the main consciousness. Al suffers from blackouts and thinks he's going insane. Ed's slipping away. The story is very well written, very emotional, even if the only thing I felt while reading it was darkness and depression with a tiny, tiny taste of hope. It's that hope that kept me reading, even though I knew I really didn't want to. I didn't want to know, but I had to. Very compelling story. Highly Recommended.

Untitled by Meg. Vaguely implied Roy/Ed. Just a simple, cute drabble in which Roy teaches Ed how to dance. Recommended.
