Aftermath by Forever Then Some. Snape/Harry. A cute, short piece with humorous sexual connotations. Worth reading for a chuckle.
All This Time You Were Missing From My Heart (may require logging in to Yahoo) by Sandra Solaria Dees. Snape/Harry, Fred&George/Draco. Graphic Content, MPreg, Rape. Long epic HP fic. Harry's abused by his Uncle, Draco's kicked out of the family by Lucius and starts being nice. Strong friendship grows between Harry and Draco, and the two eventually are adopted by Sirius and Lupin. The writing style's fairly juvenile, but the plot's half decent. Not a spectacular fic in any way, but it's worth reading at least once.
Apartment for Rent by Edmonds. Harry/Snape. Interesting story about Harry moving into Snape's apartment. Harry's on a Quidditch team, Snape... does something that hasn't been revealed yet. Domesticity ensues. Good writing with an interesting storyline. Worth reading. Still in progress.
Bound by Mia Snape. Graphic Content, Male Pregnancy. Told from a first person perspective, looking back on the past. (Well done first person perspective, even.) The story flows beautifully, documenting the changes in Harry's feelings from love to hate in a natural-feeling way. Full of romantic and sweet moments, but with a good plotline that keeps the story interesting. A very 'feel good' sort of fic that leaves the reader with a nice warm fuzzy feeling. Highly Recommended.
Dumbledore's Folly by Dementor Delta. Snape/Harry. Graphic Content. Dumbledore wills his childhood home to Harry and Snape, leaving them to battle out what to do with it. A very, very well done piece. The writing in this is exquisite. Story moves along well, with a strong sort of plot line keeping it going and a number of humorous moments. Highly Recommended.
Escapology by Molvanian Queen-In-Exile. Severus/Harry. Harry is sent to stay with Severus over Christmas break his last year. The war's over but Harry seems to have developed a rather strange problem. The author seems to be having problems so only the first chapter is available at the moment, though I can assure you the rest are quite wonderful. Highly Recommended.
Friendship and Beyond by Slrmn82. Snape/Harry, Ron/Hermione. Graphic Content, Rape. Ron and Hermione are kidnapped and tortured by Voldemort. Dumbledore refuses to help so Harry takes matters into his own hand. Beginning starts out a little dull, and the torture at the beginning kind of throws the reader as being over the top and somewhat cliché, not particularly graphic just kind of gratuitous. Dumbledore is uncharacteristically cold, and the other character start out seeming rather flat. Beyond that, the story is very interesting. Snape is portrayed like the snarky bastard that he is but he becomes a sympathetic character, an ally to the three Griffindors. A decent story after you slog through the first eleven or so (short) chapter.
Leaving Behind by Miki23. Harry/Snape. Yet another story about how Harry's relatives beat him and then he leaves home when he turns of age, cutting ties with all those close to him due to guilt over Sirius' death. Moderate writing, not overly interesting but with potential. Shows Harry being intelligent and studying to defeat Voldemort. In progress.
Mars Never Sleeps by Edmonds. Snape/Harry. The war with Voldemort is taking its toll on Harry Potter. Short but very well written. Highly Recommended.
The Courtship of Harry Potter by Diana Williams. Severus/Harry. Graphic content. In a slightly Alternate-Universe world, wizarding society more closely models ancient Greek society, particularly in the choosing of pupils to mentor once the boy turns a specific age. Of course, beyond the mentoring there's the sexual side of the relationship because, well, it is Greece after all and young boys were the thing to do at that time... and in wizarding society in this fic. So Harry's about to graduate from Hogwarts when the current DADA teacher decides to court him, prompting Snape to also court him to protect Harry from the other teacher. (And because, of course Snape secretly harbors feelings for Harry but takes five million years to admit them both to himself and Harry... because that's the way it tends to work in fandom...) Story's interesting enough, with good development between Harry and Snape. Character's are portrayed reasonably, plot's not too slow moving. A decent story, long enough to be more than a bit of fluff and not dragging. Recommended.
Unexpected Happenings by Diosa2. Severus/Harry. Dumbledore orders Harry to continue his Occulmency practice with Snape a month before school starts. To both their surprise, things don't go as horribly as they'd imagine and the two start developing feelings for each other. Good writing. Story's long but it stays interesting throughout the whole thing. Not yet finished. Highly Recommended.
