Andre Nickatina Presents - Hell's Kitchen
Reviewed By: Sherekhan
- Andre produced a beat that fits perfect for this storytelling track. San Quinn
spits 3 verses while Andre does a chorus which is almost hypnotic. "Usta go ayo for
ayo/walk around with ayo/all in my nasel/musta been craze yo." Track might be a
5/5 if Andre had a verse. 4.5/5
- Not feeling the beat too much but I have a feeling it could grow on me. King Nicky
spits some nice punchlines but song isn't too deep. DJ Pause does some ill cuts at
the end with Nickatina saying "More Bass." 4/5
- This track is hard. Shag Nasty is too ill, Cougnut (R.I.P.) brings it like always
and Baldhead Rick's verse is pretty damn good as well. Production by Peace is
something you would find on previous MDD compilations, not a Nickatina album.
3.75/5
- The production on this track is more typical of Nick Peace. I'm a big Equipto fan
and he doesn't dissapoint. The only thing this song could have used is a verse
from King Nicky. Some scratching at the end by Pause. 4/5
- Ill intro sample to the track with Peace on the boards and Nickatina rapping. What
more could u ask for? 4.25/5
- Smoov E spits his game. A preview of what's to come from Assuefatto? 4/5
- Might be my favorite track on the album so far. Too dope. "We fire up the blunt
in the car bumpin' Cougnut." Gyea! 4.5/5
- Even though this track is produced by Peace, it doesn't feel like it belongs on
here for some reason. Nickatina should have had a verse on here or atleast done
the chorus. Decent filler material. 3.25/5
- When I first heard this I thought it was kinda corny but it grew on me quick and
I must admit this track is very catchy. Who produced this? 4/5
- Why did Peace lace Nicky and Mac Dreezy with this piece of shit beat? Very
dissapointed!! 3.75/5
- A dark track which is executed well. Takes me back to 96. Rating will probably
go up as I listen to this more. 4/5
- Good filler. 3.5/5
- When my friend heard this track he said it sounds like it could be played on
the radio. It's a chill track, I'm feelin it. 4.25/5
- Ill track, bump this in your ride. 4/5
- The best FCB track yet! Makes me fiend for their album. 5/5
- The title track with a tight ass beat and heated lyrics from KING NICKY
and Saafir. 4.5/5
Overall this album is nothing but tight shit. Not as good as when Nicky was Dre Dog,
and I would of like to have seen more solo tracks, but any Nicky is good Nicky. I'm
feeling this comp and I think everyone should pick it up. 4/5
